Whether it is customizing one of our existing designs or creating a completely bespoke creation, our made to order service allows you the freedom to flex your creative muscle.
Rugs from our custom rug program that are upto 8 x 10 feet are dispatched in 4-6 weeks. Larger sizes are dispatched in 8 weeks.
If you can’t find what you are looking for from our stock collection and our custom rug program, then we can always guide you in taking your conceptual idea from a concept to a beautiful handmade rug. We manufacture hand tufted, hand knotted and hand woven qualities and offer customization options in each of these qualities. How it Works ?
1. Send us a photo of the design you want made.
2. We send back a rendering in the requested size and colours within 24-48 hours.
3. Once the rendering is approved, a sample is ordered.
4. Upon reviewing the sample, the final rug is commissioned.
Leadtimes for custom hand tufted rugs are 4-6 weeks for sizes upto 8×10 feet and 8-10 weeks for larger
sizes.
Lead times for custom hand knotted rugs are 8-10 weeks.
